Any signs of damage that is not at fault of AmanyZ will lead to the exchange or return request being denied.

AmanyZ bags are crafted from reclaimed wood by skilled artisans. Any inconsistencies in the wood are natural characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.

For cleaning, wipe bag with a clean cloth.

Be careful not to hit the bag against hard surfaces

Damage bags can be sent back to AmanyZ and we will provide an estimate cost for fixing it.
